Facebook phones not a way to connect to Facebook but be a part of it !

The latest development in the world of technology is that in Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona some phones were unveiled which did not act like a device to connect to Facebook but seemed like it was part of the social networking site. These phones which became famous as the “ Facebook Phones” created quite a show as people really liked the way it was designed to be a part of Facebook.

Facebook phones did not have any official logos on the hardware to suggest that they catered to the social networking site mainly but the buttons and the software in the phone suggested something else. In one of his speeches Mark Zuckerberg had said that he dreamt of a world were all the people would be each other’s Facebook friends and these phones are a stepping towards that goal.

Facebook enabled applications in different companies’ phone like Apple, HTC are a common site these days but these Facebook phones however, are designed in such a way that Fcebook becomes an integral part of a person’s life. For instance, if a person takes a picture then there would be an icon in the phone that would blink to update the picture to Facebook. Similarly on a HTC phone if a song is playing which the user likes then there would immediately be a command to tag the song or share it with friends over Facebook.

HTC have come up with two such models of the Facebbok phone, one which has a keyboard is called as Cha Cha and the touchscreen is known as Salsa. A lot of companies are coming out with phones catering specially to Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg said that more phones are on its way. Small companies like INQ phones are making tones of money with the new Facebook revolution.
